I'VE LEARNED

I've learned-
that no matter how good a friend is,
they're going to hurt you every once in a while
and you must forgive them for that.

I've learned-
that true friendship continues to grow,
even over the longest distance.
Same goes for true love.

I've learned-
that you can do
something in an instant that will give
you heartache for life.

I've learned-
that it's taking me a long time
to become the person I want to be.

I've learned-
that you should always leave loved ones
with loving words. It may be the last
time you see them.

I've learned-
that you can keep going long after you can't.

I've learned-
that we are responsible for what we do,
no matter how we feel.

I've learned-
that either you control your attitude
or it controls you.

I've learned-
that regardless of how hot and steamy a
relationship is at first, the passion fades and
there had better be something else to take
its place.

I've learned-
that heroes are the people who do what has to
be done when it needs to be done,
regardless of the consequences.

I've learned-
that money is a lousy way of keeping score

I've learned-
that my best friend and I can do anything
or nothing and have the best time.

I've learned-
that sometimes the people you expect
to kick you when you're down,
will be the ones to help you get backup.

I've learned-
that sometimes when I'm angry
I have the right to be angry,
but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I've learned-
that just because someone doesn't love
you the way you want them to doesn't
mean they don't love you with all they have

I've learned-
that maturity has more to do with
what types of experiences you've had
and what you've learned from them
and less to do with how many
birthdays you've celebrated.

I've learned-
that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by
others.
Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I've learned-
that no matter how bad your heart is broken
the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I've learned-
that our background and circumstances
may have influenced who we are,
but we are responsible for
who we become.

I've learned-
that just because two people argue,
it doesn't mean they don't love each other
And just because they don't argue,
it doesn't mean they do.

I've learned-
that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a
secret.
It could change your life forever.

I've learned-
that two people can look at the exact same thing
and see something totally...different.

I've learned-
that your life can be changed in a matter of
hours by people who don't even know you.

when a friend cries out to you.
you will find the strength to help.

I've learned-
that credentials on the wall
do not make you a decent human being.

I've learned-
that the people you care about most in life
are taken from you too soon. Send this to all
the people YOU BELIEVE IN...I just did.

"You are what you think. You are what you go for. You are what you do!" - Bob Richards

"Things aren't always what they seem."
Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy
family. The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the
mansion's guest room. Instead the angels were given a space in the cold
basement. As they made their bedroom the hard floor, the older angel saw a
hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the
older angel replied.... "Things aren't always what they seem."
The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very
hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what little food they had, the
couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good
nights' rest. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the
farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole
income, lay dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel "how could you
have let this happen!? The first man had everything, yet you helped him,"
she accused. "The second family had so little, but was willing to share
everything, and you let their cow die." "Things aren't always what they
seem," the older angel replied. "When we stayed in the basement of the
mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the
owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I
sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it. Then last night as we slept in the
farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave her the cow
instead.

"Things aren't always what they seem. "

Sometimes this is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way
you think they should. If you have faith, you can trust that every outcome
is always to your advantage. You just might not know it until much later.

POTATOES & HATRED
A kindergarten teacher has decided to let her class play game. The teacher told each child in the class to bring along a plastic bag containing a few potatoes. Each potato will be given a name of a person that the child hates,so the number of potatoes that a child will put in his/her plastic bag will depend on the number of people he/she hates.

So when the day came, every child brought some potatoes with the name of the people he/she hated. Some had 2 potatoes; some 3 while some up to 5 potatoes. The teacher then told the children to carry with them the potatoes in the plastic bag wherever they go (even to the toilet) for 1 week. Days after days passed by, and the children started to complain due to the unpleasant smell let out by the rotten potatoes.Besides, those having 5 potatoes also had to carry heavier bags.

After 1 week, the children were relieved because the game had finally ended. The teacher asked: "How did you feel while carrying the potatoes with youfor 1 week?"
The children let out their frustrations and started complaining of the trouble that they had to go through having to
carry the heavy and smelly potatoes wherever they go.

Then the teacher told them the hidden meaning behind the game. The teacher said: "This is exactly the situation when you carry your hatred for somebody inside your heart. The stench of hatred will contaminate your heart and you will carry it with you wherever you go. If you cannot tolerate the smell of rotten potatoes for just 1 week, can you imaginewhat is it like to have the stench of hatred in your heart for your lifetime?"

Moral of the story:

Throw away any hatred for anyone from your heart so
that you will not carry sins for a lifetime. Forgiving
others is the best attitude to take!Love others even if you
don't like them........

Peace is your nature, yet you remain restless.
Freedom is your nature, yet you remain in bondage.
Happiness is your nature, yet you become miserable for some reason or
another.
Contentment is your nature, yet you continue to reel in desires.

Yesterday was a DREAM
Tomorrow is a VISION
TODAY is the REALITY
NOTHING IS WORTH MORE THAN THIS DAY
